Payne's Beauty Supply is a family owned and operated business. We started in 1991 in a small store front in Charlottesville, VA as one of the first African American-owned businesses on Main Street. Payne's eventually decided to expand the business by becoming one of the first online distributors of hair care and beauty products. Today, Payne's business is solely online deciding, in 2015 to close their store front.

 

Payne's Beauty & Barber Supply & Hair Salon is devoted to supplying the best products on the market. We specialize in finding hard-to-find hair care products. Even though we sell to the public, some professional products are sold only to licensed beauticians and barbers.
